Dubbed a ‘prized sideman’ by The New Yorker, Basile has been called upon to perform with, record with, and tour the world with many of jazz’s finest musicians and ensembles. Among this distinguished list are The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, The Dizzy Gillespie All Star Big Band, The Jimmy Heath Big Band, The Bob Mintzer Big Band, The Dave Holland Big Band, The Joe Lovano Nonet, Michael Bublé, & The Christian McBride Big Band.
This is a rare visit to the UK from one of NY’s finest – not to be missed!

Firmly established himself as one of the leading jazz trumpet players in the UK and Europe, having performed with most of the leading European jazz musicians and many USA legends including Anita O’Day (recording with her on her last album ‘Indestructible!’), Ron Carter, Jimmy Heath, Cedar Walton, Peter Washington, Dick Oattes, Peter Erskine, Tim Lefebvre, Eric Harland, Scott Hamilton, Grant Stewart, Ken Peplowski, Herb Geller, Lanny Morgan, Bruce Barth, Richie Cole, Ben Dixon, Bob Cranshaw, Earl May, Lew Soloff, Clifford Jarvis, Ronnie Cuber, Keith Copland, John Riley, Tardo Hammer, Aaron Diehl, Brad Leali, Grant Stewart, and Hod O’ Brien.
Frank and Steve join forces in this new quintet featuring powerhouse UK pianist Leon Greening and rising stars Eleazar Ruiz Spreafico on bass and Robbie Ellison on drums. Expect hard swinging, grooving feel-good sounds from the 1950s-60s Hard Bop tradition!

- Main seating area – You can request to be seated in ‘Billie’ (front of stage), ‘Dizzy’ (raked theatre), ‘Mingus’ (near piano) or ‘Duke’ (side wall) and we will do our best to allocate you to your preferred seats.
- Window seating areas – you can request to be seated in ‘Ella’ (larger window area) or ‘Satchmo’ (smaller window area). Please note, a few of these seats have a slightly restricted view.
- Though we can guarantee that you will have a table for the Dining Show, we cannot guarantee exactly where, as we do our best to fulfil all customers requirements.
- If you are hoping to combine bookings with somebody else or join an existing booking then please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee that changes to our table plan will be possible on the night.
