The 7:45s are an original soul collective from Manchester on a mission to fill dancefloors with their soulful wall of sound.
The brainchild of songwriter and bassist Sam Flynn, The 7:45s are inspired by the house bands of soul labels from Motown to Big Crown. The young collective feature some of the finest musicians on the Manchester scene, spotlighting guest vocalists such as Martin Connor and Yemi Bolatiwa backed by a tight rhythm section
Named after 7-inch vinyl, The 7:45s write snappy singles influenced by soul, funk and disco. They blend the vintage sound of rare groove with the songcraft of perfect pop – then add autobiographical lyrics and rhythmic twists.
The 7:45s released their debut album ‘Spinning’ on Vinyl and CD through LRK Records in June 2025. ‘Spinning’ received rave reviews. Craig Charles named it “One of the top albums of the year” while Clash Magazine called it an “Outstanding debut album”.
Deluxe album ‘Spin Off’, which features 10 new tracks, is available now on CD.

- Main seating area – You can request to be seated in ‘Billie’ (front of stage), ‘Dizzy’ (raked theatre), ‘Mingus’ (near piano) or ‘Duke’ (side wall) and we will do our best to allocate you to your preferred seats. (This is NOT guaranteed)
- Window seating areas – you can request to be seated in ‘Ella’ (larger window area) or ‘Satchmo’ (smaller window area). Please note, a few of these seats have a slightly restricted view.
- Though we can guarantee that you will have a table for the show, we cannot guarantee exactly where, as we do our best to fulfil all customers requirements.
- If you are hoping to combine bookings with somebody else or join an existing booking then please let us know in advance as we cannot guarantee that changes to our table plan will be possible on the night.
