Feeling Good – The Music of Nina Simone
“One of the most brilliant and uncompromising musicians of the 20th century. A classically trained prodigy who could swing from Bach to the blues” – The Guardian
Celebrating the extraordinary music and legacy of the “High Priestess of Soul”, one of the most influential and distinctive voices in modern music. This special event pays tribute to Nina Simone’s remarkable artistry, blending jazz, blues, soul, folk, gospel, and classical influences into a sound that remains as powerful and relevant today as ever.
Re-interpreting some of her most beloved songs, including timeless classics such as Feeling Good, I Put a Spell on You and My Baby Just Cares for Me. Performed by the Peggy’s House Band, featuring Rachel Foster on vocals, each song captures the emotional depth, passion, and fearless individuality that defined Nina Simone’s work.

Nina’s music continues to resonate across generations, speaking to themes of freedom, identity, love, resilience, and hope.
