“There’s something deeply hypnotic about the repeating horn lines” – Soweto Kinch, BBC Radio 3

His compositions have their roots in the exciting new sounds of UK Jazz, but also draw influence from bands as diverse as Nirvana, Tool and The Police. Bonuru have been played on BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio 3, WWFM, and Jazz FM, and have been highly praised by prestigious DJs such as Gilles Peterson, Soweto Kinch and Emily Pilbeam.
