From April there will be a few timing changes here at Peggy’s…
Our Friday and Saturday evenings will commence 1 hour later than previously. The new show format is as follows:
7-8:45pm – DINING show (2 sets of 45 mins with an interval)
10-11pm – LATER show (1 hour set – NOW with reserved seating + Standing)
Sunday afternoons will also start 1 hour later.
2-4pm (2 sets of 45 mins with interval)
Saturday afternoon ‘Unplugged’ – each sitting will have 1 hour of live music.
1st sitting: Doors at 12:30pm – Music 1-2pm
2nd sitting: Doors at 2:30pm – Music 3-4pm
UK jazz master Chip Wickham will be playing music from his latest EP Love and Life, a deftly crafted, reflective EP of beautiful spiritual jazz influenced by the soulful sounds of Yusef Lateef
We are grateful to have received a carbon grant through Nottingham Trent University’s Sustainability in Enterprise project, which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
This has contributed to the cost of installing new insulation, and energy saving air conditioning units

We make our own bread using bio-diverse, Lincolnshire grown wheat, milled in north Nottinghamshire by wind power. Our halloumi cheese is produced by an independent family business from Syria, now based in Yorkshire & is the finest we’ve tasted. All our dishes are prepared using fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce wherever possible. We have many vegan & vegetarian choices…it’s good for you, and utterly delicious! Our takeaway packaging is recyclable (except the plastic coated lids on the baked rice dishes)

Many of our recipes are based on our chef’s childhood experiences growing up in Iran. We’ve just begun to explore the wealth of delights that Middle Eastern cuisine has to offer.
Our live acts reflect the diversity of the UK and international music scene, showcasing the best jazz, blues, soul, world & folk artists.
Peggy’s Skylight is the breath of air Nottingham needed: a music-focussed, beautiful, central venue with fantastic sound and stage, wonderful staff, great food and drink and an incredible musical offering.
Promoting Acoustickle shows for 10+ years, Peggy’s is the ONLY venue we can recall helping us sell more tickets just off its reputation as a place to be.
